Kitchen Systems That Keep Me Well Fed

Nothing complicated; just considered building blocks with a bit of assembly

I’ve long been curious about those who meal prep on Sunday, setting themselves up for a well-nourished and strategically planned week ahead. And even though it’s intrigued me, it’s never been a part of my routine. The system I rely on is more of a constant; meaning there is something always cooking in my kitchen, no matter the day. Whether that’s as simple as boiling eggs on the stovetop or roasting vegetables over high heat in the oven, I’m always preparing something with the intention of it becoming a component of a bigger picture; never for just one specific meal.
