Color Coding My Calendar
Using beauty to keep my brain engaged
I’ve always sought out systems and routines in order to make the most sense of the way my mind works, and if I can beautify those systems, all the better. It’s a little trick I play to stay engaged and interested, especially in the areas of life that I find it all too easy to fall off of without some type of visual and satisfying cue. It’s not too dissimilar from moving the furniture around (something I’m constantly doing) in order to shift the energy and suggest a different feeling in the home. Which is how I landed on color coding my calendar with the pretty close to perfect Corbusier color palette.
